Common cold is a communicable diseases. It transmit
with very high degree. It is caused due to various reason so it does not
possess any particular medicine which could cure it permanently. So let us
learn how we can protect ourselves from common cold.
Try to avoid sitting nearby from suffered person.
Otherwise try to cover mouth and noise with protective mask. Don’t share daily
use materials like clothes, handkerchief with sufferer.
Vitamin C increases the immunity power of human body
so try to intake citruses fruit like lemon, ammala etc.
After suffering from common cold sufferer don’t like
to take food as usual so try to take hot soup, which somehow provides nutrition
to body and take proper rest which does not allow fatigue and restlessness.

Take whole body steam bath if possible or cover your
head partially with small piece of clothes and try to take steam for 14-15
minutes which ultimately clear your nose and throat problems during common cold
and provides relief from pain.
Taking medicine

Traditionally, taking leaves of tulasi and its seed
by boiling with water provides great relief. Otherwise you can
have normal citamol during common cold but avoid taking antibiotic.
